We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving the People & Organization strategy and supporting critical decisions with a future-oriented perspective.

In this role, you will work closely with the business, helping to build strong teams, inspiring leadership, and an organization that is ready for the future.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on people strategy, organizational design, performance, culture, and change management.
  • Support leaders in talent management, team development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Lead and implement key HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, engagement, development, workforce planning).
  • Advise and support labor relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with internal policies.
  • Manage employee relations topics, organizational climate, and the resolution of complex situations.
  • Support reorganization, transformation, and change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and team engagement.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employer Branding).
  • Analyze HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of responsible leadership, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership.

Know-how

  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and employee relations practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
