The Japan Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is accountable for managing client relationships with payment ecosystem stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, eCommerce companies, wallet providers, and Fintech.
The CRM team also works in collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, Client Services teams and other business function at Visa to drive client relationships.

At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or management consulting. Strong understanding of the Japanese fintech landscape. Demonstrated ability to design, negotiate, and manage the execution of complex business agreements and sales efforts. Demonstrated success in account planning, execution, and project delivery. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management within large, complex organizations. Knowledge and experience in payments, eCommerce, and mobile technologies are advantageous.
